Active New Construction Communities Near Spring TX

Grand Central Park (Conroe)

Grand Central Park is one of the most active communities we track. Developed by Johnson Development, it sits off I-45 north of The Woodlands with the broadest range of price points of any community in the corridor. Woodforest (Montgomery)

The only golf course community on this list. Located in Montgomery County off Fish Creek Thoroughfare, Woodforest draws buyers who want the country-club lifestyle without Woodlands pricing. Artavia (Conroe)

Evergreen (Conroe)

One of the newer master-planned communities in the corridor, with Perry Homes and Chesmar Homes as primary builders.
